The following privacy policy is intended to inform you about our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. Noack Group is responsible for this website.

Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Therefore we have designed our website in a way that it can be used anonymously. The information we obtain and store during your visit to our website, is only used for internal purposes and to improve the design of the website. Your data are processed exclusively on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Telekommunikationsgesetz (TKG).  An exception is made in the case of the necessity to defend attacks that constitute a criminal offense or interfere with the functionality of our website. For this purpose only we collect the IP address of your computer for a period of seven days, which is a safety measure in concordance with the relevant articles of the TKG.

Usage data
When you visit our web pages so-called usage data is temporarily stored in a protocol for statistical purposes on our web server to improve the quality of our website. This data set consists of

the page from which the requested file was called,
the name of the file,
the date and time of the request,
the amount of data transferred,
the access status (file transferred, file not found),
the description of the type of browser used,
the IP address of the requesting computer shortened by the last three digits.
We use this information to allow you to access our website, for the control and administration of our systems and to improve the design of the website. The retrieved data is stored anonymously in accordance with the German Telemedia Act (TMG). The creation of personal user profiles is therefore not possible. Data about individuals or their individual behaviour is not collected.

Cookies

For tailoring our site we create pseudonymous user profiles with the help of Google Analytics. You have the opportunity to contact us via a web form under Contact. To use our contact form, we require your name, telephone number and e-mail address. You may enter more details, but this is not obligatory. Your data will be processed only to answer your inquiry and deleted after a certain period of time. We will not disclose any of your data to third parties.

Encryption
To protect your data against unauthorized access, we use encryption on most of our pages. Your information will be transferred from your computer to our server and vice versa via the internet using a 128-bit SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer).
