PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

AgriQuant is based on the latest FT-NIR technology and combines best spectral performance with low cost of ownership. AgriQuant is used for non-destructive analysis of various agricultural samples like soil, compost, feed, pet food, grain, flour, cereals, coffee, tea, forage, silage, starches, emulsifiers, pectins and many more. The sample is analyzed in glass jars with lid, which ensure that the sample is kept under stable conditions, with no evaporation or humidity uptake from the environment. The sample jars has space for barcode labels, which are easily read with . A barcode reader connected to the AgriQuant (optional)

The AgriQuant B1 is equipped with a spinner, which is rotating the sample jar during analysis. This minimizes the effect from product heterogeneity and ensures that a large portion of the sample has been analyzed. AgriQuant ensures reliable results, rapid analyses and best spectral performance.
The AgriQuant is operated with InfraQuant software, which combines ease of use with maximum security. InfraQuant is developed to be easy to use and independant of the operators skill level. Results of the analysis are displayed on the screen in a clear and visible way.
The AgriQuant has no scheduled maintenance and the light source has an expected lifetime of 10 years. This saves the customer the cost for expensive maintenance contracts.

The AgriQuant B8 has been developed for heterogeneous samples, e.g. fresh forage, energy crops, wood chips, compost and many more. Samples are analysed in AgriTubes on the AgriQuant B8

Examination of samples of heterogeneous products such as agricultural crops requires averaging of measurement over a large volume in order to get useful representative results. The AgriTube is rotated and conveyed during analysis which means that the QIA1021 is scanning an amazing area of 375 cm2 of the sample during the analysis.
Due to the large area scanned, the QIA1021 is offering truly representative scanning, compared to traditional petri dish methods which are only scanning an area of approximately 18 cm2.
