The CertaBlue Total Viable Count Direct – Test vial is especially suited for cosmetic samples with high antimicrobial properties. The CertaBlue broth is capable if neutralizing a broad spectrum of antiseptics and disinfectants.
• Ready to use test vials, including growth media and sensor for total viable count
• Detection of aerobic and facultative aerobic microorganisms
• Used in qualitative and quantitative procedures for enhanced recovery
• Monitors the chemical characteristics of microbial growth medium such as carbon dioxide formation
• Optical interpretation possible by colour change during growth
• Temperature stable
• LOD of 1 organism
• Tests can be used for retesting
• Minimal training is required
• Suitable for solid and liquids samples
